After an ordinary group therapy session, Çetin tells his clients that he will hand over the therapy to another colleague. The illness of Çetin's wife Leyla has forced him to do so.

The clue Çetin finds at the crime scene causes him to think retrospectively about who the killer might be.

As Çetin scans the files of his clients to find his wife's murderer, he starts to think about the topics discussed in past therapies.

Unable to refuse a distant client, Çetin starts a session with him. However, this session constantly reminds him of what was discussed in past therapies.

Visiting his wife's grave, Çetin begins an internal reckoning. This reckoning reminds him of some special moments.

Unable to get out of the situation, Çetin gathers the clients together once again and organizes a session. But things get out of control.
