In the first film, the team gathered for the wedding of İsmail's son, and now they’re rolling up their sleeves for the circumcision ceremony of İsmail's grandson, Matias. However, Matias's Latvian family is opposed to circumcision. As the team tries to secretly circumcise Matias in Sivas, the ceremony becomes a major event in the city. Meanwhile, Tüpçü Fikret attempts to confess his love to Leyla, who works at the Sivas Hotel.
