Jeff, grieving the loss of his son to a drunk driver, seeks revenge on the driver, the judge, and the sole witness who refused to testify, neglecting his daughter in the process. Lynn Denlon, a talented surgeon battling depression and infidelity, is also abducted. Both are taken to Jigsaw’s lair, where they face separate challenges: Jeff must decide whether to save or let the people he blames for his son’s death die, while Lynn must keep Jigsaw alive until Jeff finishes his tests or face deadly consequences.
