My Week With Marılyn

Young Oxford graduate Colin Clark dreams of entering the film industry, or as he puts it, "running off to the circus." He secures a production role and becomes Third Assistant Director for The Prince and the Showgirl, directed by Sir Laurence Olivier, who stars alongside Marilyn Monroe. While Olivier seeks fame as a movie star, Monroe strives to be seen as a serious actress. Olivier, frustrated by her behavior, assigns Colin to manage her, and they form an unexpected bond.
