Nadide Hayat

Nadide chose marriage over university education and a career, reaching the age of 50 with no regrets; until she lost her husband. Left alone, she spends her days waiting for weekly visits from her daughter and granddaughter or for her son, who has just started working and rarely comes home. Unable to find joy in middle-aged activities like sewing classes, choirs, or tours, Nadide feels adrift. That is, until one day, a newspaper article changes everything.
